Parameter formula that detects if family is flipped

Parameter formula that detects if family is flipped

For my door schedule I need to mention if my door hinges are on the left, or the right side of the door. But as it seems there is no way to make a formula that responds to the family being flipped.

Example :

My door family without being flipped has the hinges on the Right side.

With a simple if statement I want to make it appear in my schedule with a text parameter like --- If(family is flipped, YES = Righthand swing, NO = Left hand swing)

It would actually be even more amazing if it could also make tags based on this information. So if my unflipped door has tag 100-R.... when flipped my door has tag 100-L.

Hi,

its a german post but he created a dynomascript for the door swing. Its amazing. The script requiers "Clockwork-Dynamo-Packages".

Dynamo - Doorswing

Anyway.... a usabel parameter in revit without any other tools would be awesome.
