Open without links option

Many times when troubleshooting the file it would help to ignore the linked files. a checkbox on open or in the options drop-down upon opening to open with links unloaded would be a terrific option!

@minjie.wang  - what ever happened to this? I Saw changes in the R25 and 26 interface that would seem to allow an intercept at startup then select which to load/unload along with worksets...
