We often make energy load calculations and use Revit in our Workflow for this.
Because of the Data Exchange between Revit and our third Party software this can be more really cumbersome.
What we really miss are:
- Surface heat transfer coefficients
- Combined U-Values for parallel running Walls. Walls often get so complex that it is much faster to draw the walls parallel than creating lots of compound wall types. Nevertheless the U-Value is only calculated for that specific Walls "layer" and not the whole wall construction.
