Make possible to control the line attributes of Structural framings' subcategories through the view's VG dialog settings

Let me document the following request:

Currently the line attributes of the structural framings' subcategories (structural usage: purlin, girder, chord..) cannot be controlled through the views' VG settings. The user interface exists for this, but there is a limitation for this subcategories to be controlled from here. Currently the visibility of the subcategories can be switched on/ off, but it would be required to allow controlling the projection and cut lines here as well:

(Note workaround currently is to use Filter override after structural usage criteria)
