Make labels more like AutoCAD fields/dimensions

Make labels more like AutoCAD fields/dimensions

I would love a way to make a label that I can add notes to easily. Right now I'm fighting with a tag not allowing me to add the "typ" suffix because visibility parameters seem to have ceased working. I just want a tag that's like "<>, Typ.", for example and that can be multi-line. The "<>" would just refer to whatever object the label is attached to. It would also be nice to be able to set a label to justify based on leader location instead of always setting it to "center". These are functionalities that I know AutoDesk is capable of since AutoCAD has them and finds them important, so why doesn't the Revit team seem to think so?

Revit is like a 24y/o beta product right now. It's missing massive amounts of functionality and not being able to label stuff easily is just too basic. I shouldn't have to make every little thing from scratch and hope that it works, then redo it for every slightly different element because they don't/can't share tags.

You can already do exactly what you are asking by just adding a second parameter into the label in your tag.

And the auto-changing justification depending on the leader connecting side should be a global toggle as I and many other users always use left justify.
