Make Dimension Text Rotatable

Would be great to be able to rotate dimension string text to orient in a different way

Currently if you move a dimension string text with a leader, it stays inline with the dimension lines.  I'd like to be able to change the rotation of the text just as you can with annotation text notes.  This way I don't need a leader in some places or have to go with other hackish methods to make it work.

I'd love to be able to rotate dimension text to any angle. some of the prints we put out have architecture at screwy angles, like 14.25 degrees off north. having the text aligned to 90 or 0 looks like crap. we can do this in CAD - we should be able to do this in Revit. Same with Tags.
