Make ALL dialog boxes adjustable, and make them stay the same size when adjusted

Some dialog boxes can be stretched, some cannot. Please make ALL dialog boxes adjustable, so it's easy to read what's in them. And when adjusted and closed, have re-open to the same size so they don't have to be adjusted every. single. time. they are opened. 

This should be basic User Interface 101. This is a prime example of the lack of attention paid to Revit's User Interface by the Autodesk development team. There are numerous examples of this type of inconsistent behavior and lack of development that make daily use of Revit such a painstaking chore.

For example, this dialog box that pops up when deleting a family shows 4.25 lines of text, and cannot be resized. It's so difficult and frustrating to try to read the complete warning! 

Just make the boxes adjustable, and have them stay that size when they are closed and re-opened!!!
