Level's 'Building Story' and 'Structural' should be type parameters

Like the title suggests, I think it would make more sense that 'Building Story' and 'Structural' should be type parameters for Levels. 

I'm not sure whether other people share this idea, so I'm curious who does and doesnt and why.
