It would be nice to be able to set a default elbow length for leader elbows (which could be overwritten on a per-instance basis).
Also, instead of a different text style for each different arrowhead, an option to change the leader type on each leader line would be welcome. I often point at sectioned and elevated rebar in detail with an arrow and a circle which means I have to use one leader without text.
Bluebeam has this function just right. The 2-click of arrowhead first, and text box second works much faster. I also think it's useful that Bluebeam locks the leader elbow orthogonally. It would be great to have this as the default in Revit with the ability to override of course.
