keyboard shortcuts for ALL buttons in Properties panel

In addition to being able to assign keyboard shortcuts to buttons in the Ribbon, we should also be able to assign them to any buttons in the Properties panel (such as View Template or View Range).

I'd expand this to say let us set keyboard shortcuts for any and every function.

I'll second that.  Shortcuts for all the commands. 

A few of the most annoying:  There is no shortcut for a "Circle", or "Rectangle", or......

Also, it would be nice to use a shortcut to add or remove a leader from a tag.

I agree with Stever66 and Adam. We need the ability to set keyboard shortcuts for anything in the ribbon and any command.

We need ether keyboard shortcuts or a command line like AutoCAD. I don't mind handling the macros on my side to bind the commands to a single key.
