Joined Walls Move together

At our office we use a multiple wall system for exterior walls, Example, first wall consists of brick veneer and air gap, and a second wall consists of Sheathing, Stud, Gypsum.

 

  • When joining these walls, they should move together, and not break or request to be un-joined. Should move together and remain joined.
  • Be able to Join multiple Stud walls on different levels with the exterior brick wall, that is continuous from foundation to roof.
    • This way I can still get the stud wall heights for takeoffs, and all the walls to move together.
    • When walls are joined, Opening Wrap should extend to the 2nd wall, and not stop at the boundary of the first wall.

Why not you place constrains between these walls?
