Insert View from file - A360 files

It would be nice if we could select from projects that are on A360 when using the Insert View from File command.  I understand there is a workaround by saving the project to my local drive to insert the files from, but let's be real here, that is an extra step that seems very unnecessary to me.

Since this is now 2023, lets modify this to this needs to be possible from ACC Docs and ACC BIM Collaborate also.  At least from Docs so we could get a view from a most recently published model.

It would be great if we could insert from models that are linked into our model.  e.g. I need to take a schedule from an engineer's model that I already have linked in.  Let me just access that model and pull from that.  

@stephen_stupke if you could edit this idea title, to include ACC Docs that might bring in more votes.

Commenting here because we are now in 2024 and this is still an issue. Seems like this would be a simple fix and if everything is working its way more towards a cloud based system then we really need to step up on this.
