Incorporate a Room Name/Number Label in a tag (other than room tags such as mechanical equipment tag).

Not being able to use a Room Name or Number as a label within an equipment tag is limiting.

I use room number in many unique references for AC units, MVHRs, Fans, Radiators etc. It enables the tagged unit references to be utilised throughout the supply chain without having to cross reference drawings and schedules. You instantly know what room things are in simply by the reference. For Example AC/100/A = AC Unit A, in Room 100.

I could make a shared parameter and enter it manually but that's tedious and unnecessary.

I thought I had achieved this with spaces but can't figure out how I managed it, having had a little dig around.

Is there a reason why you are using Rooms and not Spaces, when modelling building services equipment?

Either is fine for me! Just want to tag mechanical equipment with a room or space number in the label. Any help much appreciated.
