Include Design Options settings in View Templates and filters when you use Transfer Project Standards

When you use transfer project standards betweens files, even if they use the same Design Options structure, the View Template settings for them come as <automatic>

It would be nice to be able to transfer the Design Options structure and the view controls related to it.

Hi @fabiosato, as far as I understand, Design Options can't be part of Project Standards because they are a customizable tool related to especific instances of a given model. Design Options doesn't work as View Templates o Family Types wich have a standarized or repeatable structure, a main condition to be transferred between projects. This -and the fact they are not directly related to views- is why is not possible to transfer Design Options settings in View Templates. By default, Revit will allways show the primary option of every set created (automatic), unless you create a dedicated view as explained in this link:

@jvpantin2  That is a great response. @fabiosato  Do you want to keep this as an Idea?

Hello,

I am aware of the use of Design Options, this is a request from some clients that want to keep model variations in one file, so being able to transfer these settings would be very helpful for them.
