Import and Export into SAF Format

Hi,

there is a new exchange format on the horizon. It's called "Structural Analysis Format" (SAF).

It has similarities to IFC (SAV) is however written in table format. So you can open, read and modify it with Excel. 

I'm pretty sure your developers are aware of that format. I just want to express my wish, that it would be nice if Revit could also implement the import and export of that format.

The new features that have been increasingly added to the analytical model (for structural analysis) in Revit are useless in a BIM workflow if the analytical model cannot be both imported and exported so that you can properly load and save the analytical model in a format that can be read by structural analysis software (either IFC analytical members, or the newer SAF format). So, this should be a mandatory new feature for the short term.
