Implement SetAllowVaryBetweenGroups for shared parameter of type LENGTH
Hi,
I am unable to set SetAllowVaryBetweenGroups for shared parameters of type LENGTH. This does not work using the API nor manually inside Revit. I understand this is a limitation in Revit itself. I'd like to suggest implementing support for this in the Revit API.
Support for this functionality would require significant enhancements to be added in Revit.
Geometrically related parameters were excluded from the initial support for this flag in both UI and API, because, of course, the geometry of the groups and their elements is not variable, so it would lead to some confusion to have a varying Length/Area/Volume or Angle parameter.
