Ignore opening cuts/voids in family by view

Ignore opening cuts/voids in family by view

Particularly for presentation views, there are times when it would be beneficial if elements could be shown as "uncut".

For example: A building has multiple small skylights.  The client would like a site plan.  At the scale the drawing is needed the skylights will look like graphical errors.  I can hide the skylights in the view, but I can't hide the opening they create. I have to fiddle with overlaid filled regions or masking regions to get what is needed, and if the design changes it doesn't update.

One option might be a setting to hide cut in a views (preferably via a filter) based on their area.  It would need to work for both opening cuts and voids since complex families are built using voids.  Another option might be a way to hide openings if the scale of the document is reduced to a certain point.
