This all started with a problem: one day I began using Revit in one multi-monitor scheme (via laptop), and when I later moved to a different desk with an alternate monitor arrangement I lost some of my menus. It took creative finagling to solve the problem (which didn't involve "User Interface" checkboxes BTW). As a traveling/hotelling user, and with many architects now switching desks several times a year (often on portable devices), there needs to be a way to ease this movement.
I would like to see multiple menu/window layouts that can be saved into a user profile. Basically an interface profile manager. It was a supremely handy feature during my time using ArchiCAD: I was forever going between multi-screen work, single-screen work, and client presentations via projector, and having these switchable layouts stored saved me a ton of time. Also helpful when I needed different sets of tools/windows for different stages of a project.
Given that Autodesk has accepted the Multi-Monitor idea, I'd like to see this as a feature included with the M-M capability.
