Hiding modeling lines in families

Hiding modeling lines in families

Hello, is this possible in Revit? We want to hide lines in any family, just like it is shown when you move the view, please see pictures, thank you in advance.

We would like to hide lines in Revit families, no matter if they have been created in Revit, or imported from Sketchup, etc., as we can do with terrain contour lines.

Thanks a lot!!

Maybe we can contact with support for this, but we think this could be useful for others.

I would like to clarify that the idea is to hide these lines in the families and objects that we want, not at all, not a global visual style but by family, object, category. Only for very complex mesh geometries that cause visualization problems.

Did you find a good solution for this for SketchUp tree model imports? I'm looking to do the same.

@amalandfx There is a workaround using 3DS Max, but unfortunately still nothing native in Revit.
