Hide site points outside of Crop Region (Internal Origin, Project Base Point, and Survey Point)

Hide the site points (Internal Origin, Project Base Point, and Survey Point) since they're "Model Category" elements (or at least hide them outside of the Annotation Crop).

I just came across some key plans where the link's Internal Origin and Project Base Point were visible outside of the Crop Region and Annotation Crop. It didn't affect the "zoom extents" of the Sheet view, but it affected the selection of other views (which were now "under" the extents of the view) - including trying to double-click outside to deactivate (no longer possible, since it was now "huge").

Someone must have turned on the Site category on a key plan to show the parking lot, and maybe didn't know what the subcategories were, so just checked all of them. I believe I'd noticed this before, but since we usually keep them hidden it hasn't been an issue. In this case also, since we didn't need to see them, I just turned off the point subcategories, but still - this is odd and unexpected behavior.
