Height offset for subregions on toposurfaces

Height offset for subregions on toposurfaces

If we had a height offset parameter with a constant (positive or negative) value for subrigions, we would be able to quickly create streets a few centimeters below the curbs, or create walls delimiting properties, that follow the original toposurface.

But, most importantly, we would be able to quickly MODIFY the toposurface and have these streets, walls, etc following it.

Yes!!  AND if Subregion Boundaries were a more Significant element (ie. they could be snapped to, dimensioned to:  https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/revit-ideas/be-able-to-dimension-subregions/idi-p/7784409), perhaps they could also host linear elements along their edges?!  This would make curbs, gutters, retaining walls, rails much easier to implement in Site applications!

This would be a huge step forward for site modeling.  Pavement areas could be lowered to form a curb.  Grass and planting areas could be raised.  This idea, plus a better method of resolving subregion overlap, would be very beneficial to us.
