Grey out 'not included' Visibility/Graphics within View Templates

This is a minor fix, but one that could stop some hair being pulled out as it is easy to overlook sometimes.

In a view template, if a Visibility/Graphics constraint isn't included in the View Template, it should be greyed out in the the Template VG dialog box for the tabs not included.

The inverse of this within the view VG's actually grey out the settings that are being controlled by a template.

It is a small tick that can be easily overlooked sometimes.
