Global control of host layers' thickness

Add the possibility to control the thickness of a wall by layer not only in the VG of each view but also in the object styles dialog (global)

And by the way rename clearly "override host layers" in "thickness by layers".

That's what Duplicate/Create new Type is for.

Sorry, translation mistake, i talk about line weight of the host layer and not about their thickness.
