It would be most helpful if text in my project could be toggled on/off in the Type Properties for visibility control. I'm a subcontractor drafter who, when preparing shop drawings for my scope of work, inserts questions for open items where they apply prior to submitting for review & approval. Except there are times when I need to turn all notes intended for the architect & general contractor off prior to printing, like when we're making a 1st Submission to the city. Another time this ability could be utilized is when I make notes for my client but need to turn these off prior to printing for submission.
