Get message that "file is out of date" appear before I open the revisions tool

When working with a central model and I wish to add/change the revision description I open the box make all the changes and then when I hit OK if someone has already updated it I get message saying "your file is out of date, you need to reload". This means I have to exist the box and synchronise, causing me to loose all the revision info I have just entered, having to synchronise and then repeat. It would be easier if the message about reloading came up as soon as I opened the box, saving me to enter all the info and then loose it.

Thanks for taking the time to submit your idea. Unfortunately, this idea did not get the support of the community over the last 6 months and as such we will not be pursuing it at this time. Please feel free to rework (titles and clear descriptions are really important) and resubmit this one down the road.
