Freeze Viewport Layer (or any layer) during DWG export

Hi All,

Following my post about How to freeze the viewport layer during DWG export:

I'm wondering in an option for the user to select the layer to be frozen during DWG export. I think this feature would be very interesting when you are creating a set of sheets to deliver to the client. This would be very useful for a large number of sheets. 

I think the easiest way to do this is to have an option similar to "Non-Plottable" layer:

So, the user could put a string to determine a "Non-Freezable" = NFLT.
