If you pull the handle of the far side (the one you don't want to reflect across) to the handle of the opposite side, the section box will 'flatten'. You can then orbit (important that you rotate to the other side) and grab the handle to expand the section box, effectively reflecting it across and axis. We often duplicate views and use this method for 3D Prints or to ensure getting exact points of 'cut' in separate exported models. See attached images and let me know if you have any questions!
P.S. you can always orient the Revit section box to a view. So creating the section you want to see and orienting (See image) then flipping and re-orienting will give you the same effect.
