Extending Stair below the base - Riser failing

When extendig stairs below its bases the first riser fail. The first riser is extendig with the stringer but it shouldn't be this way.Stair not extended.png

 

when not extended the riser starts on the right place.

When extendig below base the riser extends but it shouldn't!
