We use linked Architectural models a lot, and placing elevations is a pain because the walls are in the linked model, not in my model.
When you place an elevation you need to zoom way out to grab the ends of the crop to bring them back into the model area that you are working in. While I could copy/monitor them in, the performance of my model suffers. I find myself continually making four elevation view, fixing them, and copying them instead of placing new....
Why doesn't Revit recognize the wall in the linked model if Room bounding is on in that linked model?
