Electrical Wires Shouldn't be Cut off by the Crop Region

I understand that wires are sort of a hybrid between an annotation and a model element. However, they shouldn't behave as model elements in regards to the crop region. They should behave as annotations and be cut off by the annotation crop, not the model crop. Sometimes you need a wire to wrap around outside of a crop region...

I didn't even realize detail lines were cut off by the model crop. That's silly and @cuen.saul is right, they should be controlled by the annotation crop.
