Edit Schedule Directly on Sheet

Edit Schedule Directly on Sheet

Would love the ability to "double-click" into a schedule on a sheet to edit it, just like any other view.

It would help with the following:

- Show a live view of graphical changes, such as borders, fonts, bold, etc.

- Help eliminate the back-and-forth we have to do to see what our changes look like between the schedule view and the sheet.

- Show the full text area when using "Shift+Enter" to add extra lines within rows (which we use a lot).

This feature should also include the ability to "select" (single-click) a schedule, and get the "Fields", "Filter", "Sorting/Grouping", etc. options while on the sheet view.

Thanks!

This feature is long overdue! It's a must - as soon as possible.

Even better, the schedule view itself should be WYSIWYG.

Thank you

Please expedite this! Formatting text in schedules is one of the largest issues we have. Making the schedule editor WYSIWYG or making schedules editable on sheet would make it much, much easier to handle multi-line text.

Also default font in schedule editing is much too small. As others noted it should be possible to edit schedule on the sheet in wysiwyg

I agree with @damjanuzelac that it would be even better if the schedule view itself was WYSIWYG. It would also take care of this request: Schedules support multi-line input

This would be a welcome update. While it is necessary to "open" the schedule when setting it up, it would make for a smoother workflow if tweaks and changes to filters etc. could be done directly on the sheet.

Honestly cannot believe this has still not been implemented. What a pain to try to edit text that goes beyond one line or the width of the schedule. Why the sheet appearance and schedule appearance do not correspond makes no sense and adds much inconvenience. Schedules should also have an 'apply' button instead of just 'ok', less time spent opening and closing fields, sorting, etc. dialogues just to see applied changes.

Really would be good
