Easier / more friendly Schedules

Easier / more friendly Schedules

Schedules should be more user friendly. Like in Excel, we should add more parameters graphically by right-clicking on column headers. We should add formulae for calculated parameters just like in Excel: by clicking on column headers and add math operators to it.

I would love a very long formula bar on top of column headers, not a floating bar obstructing the schedule, just like in Excel, to easily see the entire formula. Adding calculated parameters should be more straight-forward and intuitive : e.g. right-click on column header H -> mark it as Calculated Parameter -> Add Formula = click on column header B + click on column header D - click on column header F .

Yes, there are similar ideas around but since all users can only click once, this addition is welcome.

What we basically want is Excel-like functionality all over Revit.....
