Easier access to disallow join

Everyone working with walls or sturctural framing has probably met this problem. You want to change something by drag and drop and the element automatically joins to other objects which you dont wish, you can get rid of this behaviour by disallowing join. It would be nice to easier the "Disallow Join" over a parameter in the properties. Or just get rid of the automaic joining...
