Docking to Dual Monitors

Allow Revit views to dock to dual monitors when extended across both monitors.

• Maximise a view to a monitor (one or the other, not both when extended across both monitors)
• Dock the Project browser, Properties window, Rebar shape browser, to either side of a monitor
