display symbols like CL symbol in dimensions and insert symbols in dimension text

As an example I am adding a ℄ symbol as a suffix. So Far so good I can see it in suffix box.

Yet when I go to the view it displays as unknown character [] as per below screen shot

In addition I should be able to insert a symbol from the dimension text window. Right now you have to create text to get required symbol, then copy paste symbol into dimensions.

It should let you add a symbol the same way you can do it for the dimension type parameter for centerline symbol which is a dropdown of all the generic annotation families in the project.

Here I set the symbol to be my Swale Slope Arrow family and dimensioned to the CL ref plane for windows.
