Displace set in 2D sections like 3D

Could you please allow using displace set in 2D section just like 3D.

I use it for Shop drawings for Concrete Reinforcement.

It will be much easier to do it in 2D sections rather than 3D

This could be great for details/wall sections where for clarity, especially for membrane layers, there is a desire to show a gap that isn't actually part of the wall makeup.  For this to be efficient layers would need to be able to be displaced without using parts.

also when doing any shop drawing because tag and Dim are easier in 2D sections
