Different file types for central and local files (to avoid confusion)

There should be different file types for central and local files. To avoid confusion and mistakes. For not overriding central with local file in the Windows Explorer. Out IT manager cleans up old and duplicate file on regular basis. He doesn't know the difference between central and local rvt files, nor he does care about it. He's just a digital janitor.

Some file types: rvtc for central, rvtl for local, rvtx for exchange with others.

I prefer that users just never see their Local Copies.

Always put them in the Temp folder - just like BIM 360 does.

But if you're going to look at file extensions, give the non-workshared backups their own extension.

No more RevitProject.0008.rvt

We've had cases where long file name don't have room in the Open dialog to show the whole name and people have unintentionally opened one of the ".00" files because they couldn't see which file was the real project.
