Detail Numbering
My firm likes to utilize the following:
- Letters to indicate the detail number for plans: First Floor Plan = A/A101
- Numbers to indicate the detail number for details, elevations, sections: Interior Elevation = 1/A401
Since these are view types, can a parameter be added to the type properties of the view type that makes the view default to a letter or number when placed on a sheet? So in essence, I select my floor plan types and say I want this view type to output letter detail indicators by default when they are placed on a sheet.
