Deselect items that cannot be copied

• When copying items from one page to another, particularly when using design options and keynotes, it would be nice if you could highlight everything to copy and in the warning dialogue that states what items that cannot be copied you could choose to simply unselect those elements and retain the selection on items that are copyable.

This would come in handy a lot of times, it's really annoying to pick out the elements that cannot be copied by hand. Somewhat related to this is the issue of setting the phase for multiple items, some elements, like grids and levels, can't have a phase associated to them, so it would be really useful if you could filter all these elements out of your selection and set the phase for all elements that have a phase associated to them.
