It will be better If, we are able to customize the insulation profile.
For e.g. We need do a fire rated box-up for a Sprinkler main pipe. But, currently, I think Revit don't have an option to do that. The output will be something like below.
In the MEP we often build pipes in the floor construction. These pipes often have a squared pipe insulation parallel to the floor. Therefore it would be greate if we could have an option (Like with the sweep function) to draw pipe insulation profiles with we could use for all pipes. Sometimes we also use eclipse shaped insulation for district heating pipes (two pipes one insulation) in the earth connecting different houses.
