Copy element and and its parameter settings

Basically, whenever you copy an element from one place to another, say column, not all information from your properties parameter are being copied. Say for instance the Phasing parameter. Please add in the future release to keep the current "Phase Demolished" parameter value of the element to be copied to the new copied element. I hope I explain it well.

To whom it may concern,

In the electrical industry we are always copying objects can maybe the elements are exactly what is needed in multiple areas. It would be fantastic if when doing this the property values that were input in the objects would hold for the copied objects, I.E.- Comments value holds our conduit feeder ID or from and to locations. This could be as simple as to add a check box to be able to toggle this option on and off. I thank you.

At present the Create Similar (CS)  tool is incredibly limited in usefulness -- it will copy the Family and Type, but all parameters of that type will revert to the default settings, as will the location constraints (Base/Offsets/Top/Height/Join Status/etc). 

The Create Similar tool should copy ALL of the parameters, especially the location.
