Since I cannot find a bug report option, my suggestion is to completely translate your products. While making screen shots in Spanish, I happened upon a portion of the program that isn't translated. Please see the attachment.
My best idea is for you to create a bug report button on a visible page, since customers invariably end-up doing some level of beta-testing. 🙂
