ability to change the text border in revit to different style not only box border

Have to add that when we choose to add a white background to the text for better reading, it doesn't match the box we set, so it gets very weard... It would be nice to alter that in the process, if possible. Thanks

Is there some way to make the Text Border darker? I'm working in Revit 2019

Add: make the border a masking region (checkbox option).

Definitely needs to be a linetype selector for the border and a value you can input for corner radius.

Further to the masking,

• if border is checked on and the background is set to opaque it should just default to masking everything out to the border.
• if border is off and background is opaque it should remain ass just masking behind the text.

We need to cutomize text border. A custom family with the text width parameter and text height parameter dimensions. Then those dimensions adjust in the project depending on what the specific width of the text is set to.
