It seems that it is still hard to change fonts of certain elements within Revit.
The element that i encountered was the "Pipe Connector". It has a label "Diameter" in bold blue that gets in the way of everything, to the point that i had to delete all the connectors while i am making adjustments to the element i am working on, then recreate them again at the end....
Little annoyance, i know.... but it save a bunch of design time, and makes Revit more user friendly.
You do not need to delete anything, simply temporarily hide the element off whilst you do whatever it is you are doing, then Hide Reset to make the hidden elements visible.
This is not the same as Element Hide which is a more permanent method.
