Ceiling Cornice Edge

Every time when i won't to do a cornice in Revit Ceiling, i use the model in place, but i can't extract any information for length. 

If revit can do a slab edge for floor, why autodek don't create similar think for ceiling cornice.. 

Ceiling --> Ceiling Edge
