Bar endings

It should be easy to do!

We have to do this manually now!

The only thing that gives me some comfort (or consolation) is the fact that we had to do this manually in autocad as well.

But it is 2018 now!

Absolutely YES !! Advance Concrete had such a handy and beautiful option for rebar endings. Maybe that option should be adapted/implemented in Revit.

I once made a rather stupid family which I place at the bar endings.

If you are interested I can put it online.

I still have to find something better (started with dynamo recently and maybe I'll find something).

Hello,

As an engineer I've some experience with other software too.
I must mention that other software like Strakon does allow you to put
these ticks in a user-friendly way.

Now I had to notice that all my Revit colleagues in fact do put these manually nowadays.

??
This functionality seems rather basic and indispensable when modelling plenty of reinforcement drawings.
