Back/Front in view priority: ALWAYS in Front / Back

Some items, like Detail families for Break Lines used in a Detail drawing, could benefit from an option to keep them always in front, whether this could reside in the Family settings or as a "Keep always in Front (or Back)" command to activate in a view.

but there should still be some option for order - for example, if I draw a center line (Detail Line), I want it to be "in front" of the break lines so that they extend past them (just like Grids and Levels).
