attach wall to toposurface and topography

Hi
in revit 2018 no we can attached railing to toposurface and topography.
please make a way without need to use dynamo  to be able attached wall to a topography.
we need this ability to design yard walls ang give detail for them.
We have to use many wrong void to cut yard walls and it's not true way.
