Alt shortcuts command should still work with hidden, without X1 key

When working in Revit on full screen or having a lot of tabs on small resolution screen (site designer + extensions + quantifications... ) Modify tab, one of most valuable of them all, is hidden and we can't call it pressing Alt then M key, we have to press X+1 then M...

It would be more appropriate that even in these cases the tabs can be activated by pressing their traditional key. It is okay to press X1, X2 and X3 to see options and shortcuts that one does not have in mind. But for which I know the shortcut key, should not need to press the X #, I want to go straight and skip that step.

On the other hand, the Modify tab should never be left (on the right) at the end of the other tabs that bring certain revit extensions.

Another thing, there are some commands with shortcuts incompatible with each other within a same tab. This must be Checked for Consistency
