Allow rebar selections to be filtered by type or size.

As the title says this is a simple idea. 

Allow for rebar selections to be filtered by type/size. In the below example, I might want to select all HD12 and R10 bars, however, they are mixed in with a lot of different types. The "select all" command doesn't work, because those types appear elsewhere in the project, and the manual selection process is tedious. 

This would be a huge workflow efficiency improvement, thanks!
